3" to 4" Flowmaster Merge
Just guessing, but if you made it 4" like I did, I would think you would make about the same that I did with the cutout open. 14rwhp, 15 rwtq. Would put you really close if not at the 500 mark.

Does yours rattle at all while closed? I've heard about some 4" cutouts not closing all the way. One thing I like about having a full exhaust is the torque feels like it came back a bit. With the cutout I didn't have much of a SOTP feel as much as top end.
Mine never used to rattle.
One day driving I opened the cutout and let go of the switch once it opened and continued on my way. About a min later I looked down to grab my iPod and noticed that the damn switch stuck open the entire time. It flutters open after a few mins now. I fixed that with putting a thin equal thickness film layer of red high temp TV where the butterfly rests on the housing and that fixes it for about a year.

I never had anything but problems out of my 4" QTP. Even sent it in to get rebuilt by them. Constantly rattling apart. Junk. I pulled it off and just have a plate over it now. Got some bolts welded to it and some wing nuts to hold it on. Easy peasy now.
