NEED HELP, i have a tick???

i raced another LS1 today and when the race was over i heard a ticking sound which gets louder as the rpm's rise(barely there at idle). there is oil coming out of the valve cover breather, this happened before the tick but not as much. what happened? could it be an exhaust leak, messed up valve??? the oil pressure fluctuated slightly more than usual, probably dropping to 30 or so but rising back to normal very quickly. there seems to be no difference in drving except for this sound. please help guys... thanks.

nevermind guys. a closer look showed the very back of the header gasket was shredded. thank god, cause im runnin out of money hear. i guess just delete this thread.

glad you found your problem.
I had a header leak once which sounded loud ticking.

moving this thread as its not realy FI realted
