Size of headers
My opinion is (and I have SE 1 7/8") gain a little on top, give up a little on bottom. If nitrous in in the formula then definitely yes.
My buddy has TS 1 7/8 on a true "Stock internal" 6-speed and that crazy thing runs 11.1 and 60's in the 1.45
so they are definitely working for him. I personally haven't tested the difference back to back. Most will argue with me but on motor my car feels a little lazy until about 4000, but I am a stalled auto with a "too tight" 3600.Now on the juice, that is a different story.

Per Brian Tooley, heads like AFR and my AI Dart/RHS heads that have super high exhaust flow numbers and bigger exhaust valves, back to back testing showed they did better with the 1 3/4" headers. On setups with heads that had smaller exhaust valves and not such high exhaust flow numbers, the 1 7/8" headers picked up power every time over 1 3/4" headers.
