Random misfire at high loads

Random misfire at high loads Hey guys, I need a little help diagnosing issue. Can someone point me in right direction.
Im tuning a 02 4.8 in a sierra. At loads above 75 kpa Im getting random misfire. My ltb1 bar is getting red glow in backgound and then getting kr
Getting two codes:
Random misfire 303 I think as well as knock sensor low. Im sorry I cleared codes and dont remember exact code numbers. If anyone can point me towards the issue I would be most appreciative.
