Engine harness questions

I have a 98 trans am roller with no engine harness. I bought a 2000 engine harness. I'm having trouble finding information on what I need to do. I've searched for a few weeks with no results. All I could find was that my gauges cluster won't work . Any other info would be appreciated.

The 98' harness is pinned different than the 99' and up. You need a harness for 98'.
