Holley 300-137 intake issue or not?

Holley 300-137 intake issue or not? Brand new intake showed up today and this is what I found with the port locations when I opened the box.
Trying if I am going to send it back or try to port it and fix them.

Yep I took 3 pictures each port then the made in China on bottom. I haven't sit it on the motor yet as I want to keep it clean tell Holley says something. I honestly think I can port them to the heads and they will work but it's pretty crappy quality control.
