5.3 vs ls6 TB

is there a big difference in 5.3 ( 2006 ) and ls6 TB both are DWC, running on a camaro PCM ?

Im not sure what your question is , or what your trying to do . Could you please clarify what you have application year model for both tb and the vehicle its going on. DWC ? there are two different type dbw which is electronic signal from the pedal usually via tac module to tb or DBC which is mechanical pedal via throttle cable to tb. I don't want to assume anything but if LS6 tb came from a vette its a DBW the 5.3 if your sure its 2006 most like is DBW ,but it could be cable too just depends.
