Default Serious oil consumption problem, need help

Leaving work today I noticed my truck was smoking ALOT, smelled like burning oil but cleared up after 5 minutes. I checked the mighty mouse catch can and noticed there was more than there should be in it. It has been on about a full week. When I got home I drained it and got almost 8 ounces out of it. It was literally over filling into the intake and burning it. It never burned oil like this before.

I recently put a fast lsxr-t on it and the catch can. Now my question is do I have it hooked up right? Or do I all the sudden have a serious oil consumption issue all the sudden.

Hooked up as follows,
Passenger valve cover to can
Drivers valve cover to intake tube/ after MAF
Other side of can to intake manifold

Few pics, total about 8 OZ in one week
First drain, filled an entire spray paint cap

Oil I missed draining, about 8x8 inches

Last bit I got out of it

How it's hooked up
