Mack mid length on a 422?

Mack mid length on a 422? I have been running a bolt on car with Macks and have had great results.
With spray I haul *** and the set up has worked well.
I am putting a 422 in soon and wonder if the macks will still flow ok?
I have been thinking about putting 1 7/8 longtubes on but that's allot of extra $$$.
Will the macks work or do I need to upgrade?

You nailed it right on the head with that. You're gonna want to upgrade to the 1 7/8 primary lt's because of your larger displacement...I would run a 1 3/4 on a stock ci motor myself. Let that beast breath...don't choke the **** out of her.
