Default Need some idea on weird noise from engine bay

Okay here’s what’s going on as far as I can tell. Whenever I go WOT with either windows down or up, I can hear what sounds like static electricity coming from the driver side firewall somewhere in the engine bay. i got new wires and plugs gapped accordingly and even logged misfires (no pending DTCs) and none when flooring it.

Looking around the engine bay while the car’s running/idling I don’t hear anything out of the ordinary. Sound only comes when im flooring it. AFR is in the mid 12s (WBo2 sensor is in the driver side B1S1 location-running OLMAF). Car runs fine with no signs of hesitation either. I am running LQ4 truck coil packs but had ran them on my old build before. Possible I could swap the coil packs around and see if the sound also follows? Has anyone had issues with bad coil packs if they make the sounds similar to what I am hearing?
