Default Is my pcv routing correct?

My driverside valve cover has a built in pcv. I connect a rubber hose from driverside pcv to a "T" fitting. One side of fitting goes to rear passanger valve cover while the other goes to my catch can. From the catch can rubber hose goes to intake port. My throttlebody port goes to front passenger valve cover... Is this correct? Ive never had an ls where the pcv valve is literally inside the driver rear port

The routing is okay, I noticed mine had the same type deal in the drivers side as well. I still run a pcv though. I'd especially run one if you're using the passenger side also, I'm running drivers side only.

So you would run an additional pcv valve as well? What benifits are the to only having the pcv valve and hoses connected like yours on driverside only

if the pcv is mounted to or built into the driver valve cover, you cannot merge it with the unrestricted passenger rear cover. it must run by itself to the intake manifold vacuum port.

the pcv valve is in charge of regulating intake manifold vac on the crankcase, merging it with an unrestricted port completely defeats this function and you will get too much pcv flow and surely oil with it that can cause tuning and or running issues in general.

the factory ls1 'tee' assembly therefore only works when the pcv valve is AFTER the tee.
as i mentioned in another post, this was done away with on the next LS revision.

This is why I only have the drivers side hooked up. That and the passenger side cover I have didn't come with the rear hook up. I still ran the pcv just for piece of mind, but I doubt it's necessary.

Thank you guys. So I went ahead and blocked off my passenger rear port and just allow the driver side PCV line to be tied straight into the intake manifold with the pcv valve in the valve cover
