Speedway Oil Fill These Speedway valve covers look good for a retro swap.

I would suggest the holley valve covers. I bought them because of this exact issue of filler cap and also wanted pcv.

Per the description it says "These finned covers have a cast-in breather/PCV hole in each cover"
If they are like most and have the course thread then you are okay, if it only supports the push in with rubber grommet you could still make that work it just might move a bit.
Looking online I am fairly confident that these are the covers original manufacture.http://www.yourcovers.com/valve_covers_10413.php
And from what is shows it is rubber grommet only.
