Default HELP stalling after burnout

My 98 camaro stall and misses after big burnouts if I switch it off and wait a few minutes it'll crank no problem then runs normal any ideas

I was thinking the same thing but I can drive a 1/8 of a mile or so before it starts

It could be that after the 1/8 mile it still had not recovered enough pressure, so that's when it stalls. Just speculating, of course...

May change fuel filter and do a pressure check on fuel system later having other problems right now had what looked to be the gasket from the steam pipe cross over got into the #7 cylinder from an earlier repair beat the head up good and after putting on a spare head I've got what sounds like a collapsed lifter now
