Default could i have had any issues from this?
doing my PCV upgrade and removed this, it is, or should I say was, the 17 year old OEM PCV line that ran behind the intake. could I have had any issues with it the way I found it?

As it's broken I would say yes, it wasn't working as designed.

Are you upgrading to the LS6 PCV setup?
