Default C5 A/C question

just replaced compressor, drier, orifice tube, flushed evaporator then blew out with 120 psi, replaced condenser . Drier does not get cold and wet but line after orifce tube gets icy cold going into evap core and I'm getting 40 degrees going down the highway. Did they design the C5 AC not to sweat near all the electric connections? Its dripping condensation but on the exhaust. Put the recommended amount of oil and weight, did a 30 minute vacuum. Getting about 32 on low side and 250 ish on the high side. Sound right?
