Default Grease for bolts?

I was wondering what grease is safe for putting in water pump bolts. I am replacing the water pump on an aluminum block ls1 and the original bolts were a little seized up. I'm not sure if the bolts I'm putting in are steel or aluminum. I am using 3/4" spacers from ICT billet with an LS3 water pump.

Anti seize or even bearing grease will work just fine.
