Default dorman idler pulley bind

I got this idler pulley and it is definitely binding on the back side. Since it doesn't need a dust cap, anyone use a washer? sucks

Their site only showing one part number. I went to menards and got a 5/8 machine bushing that i have to dremel a bit to slide it on so it gives me space in back. Ill just go that way.

My car is a 94 and i pieced all the pieces over the years. The original definitely has a bigger bushing vs this replacement. I put calipers on it and this one is a bit smaller by like an 1/8 overall.
