Try a new radiator cap, you'd be surprised how many cars come in the shop spewing water in the same way one does when they have a blown headgasket and the only issue I find is a weak cap.

Also check your fan direction as others have stated

Are you using the universal fan and the stock fans? If not your problem is likely your fan setup. You need a lot of cfm and a proper shroud. The shroud is critical.
