Intake ported by head porter vs another
Intake ported by head porter vs another I am curious. Obviously, the head porter can port match, so is there a loss by getting an intake ported by a different vendor?
Heads are going to AI. I am thinking about a Mamo LSXR

I don't think you would have issues. Maybe slightly smaller gains than if you went with heads and intake ported by the same vendor, but still gains.
That being said, if you're for sure going with AI for your heads, why not have them port the intake as well?

I went with AI heads and a Mamo 102. Unfortunately I don't have any numbers on the setup. They lined up decent with each other but they are definitely not port matched.
I went through the same decision. In the end I couldn't find many results with the AI 102 so I went with a new Mamoified one off the classifieds here.
