Always hard to tell from cell phone recordings but sounds like collapsed lifter/ loose rocker arm or rod knock.

Pull the valve covers, ya might luck out

Lol bringing back my old thread.. But I went with the COMP Cams Retrofit Trunnion Kit

I don't know how long you have run them, but you MIGHT want to check your trunnions for excess wear. Guys around here have found abnormal wear after only one thousand miles! Yours might be OK. But check them anyway.
