MAF or MAP?

MAF or MAP? Please excuse this rookies question here, but I am starting my first LS build. Having built many gen 1 motors this is a bit different to me. I have done some searches and think that I verified my answer, but just want to ask to verify it only because I could not find the question asked outright.
I just picked up a 2000 4.8/5.3 (soon to know which after I get into the internals), it is cable throttle body, complete with wiring harness and 411 brain. My question is I have read that some motors have both a MAP (Speed Density) and a MAF. I am not sure that this is true with the 4.8/5.3. I assume that mine is a MAP sensor on the intake with no MAF, is this correct?
Also, should I see 1 or 2 O2 sensors?
