Custom Fab True Duals Well due to a lack of funds I am having to fab up my own true duals. I have SLP LT's and I ordered a summit 3" x-pipe, and 18" dynomax bullets. I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on how I can do this right???....I'm going to dump before the axle. Where should the hangers go? where should I weld and were shouldnt I? any advice would be appreciated(sp)
I did my own install..
Parts you should get:
2- Hangers
5'-8' - exhaust tubing (whatever size you're going with)
x-pipe
mufflers
Reducers (maybe)
band clamps (if you're gonna slipfit)
Welder
These are all of the things that I had at the time of the install.
The hangers should be placed near the end of the mufflers near the rear seat belt bolts.
Do a search for true dual pictures.

Z28VENOM - Sweet set up sounds really really nice I want mine to sound just like that, you made it yourself though? How much would you say you spent on it and what type of mufflers are those? Oh and it sure looks really nice and peaceful and naturey there except for your car :O)

For $420 you can have a complete TSP TD shipped. and you can install it yourself. You will end up spending that much trying to custom an exhaust and it will not fit as tight.
TSP spent a lot of time developing this for fit...look at the clearance on this lowered vert. amazing.
