Random 1-2k idle surges

Random 1-2k idle surges Ok so I have been fighting this problem for months. Motor is a 2002 ls1/M6 out of a Camaro all stock minus headers. The motor will idle surge sometimes when cold and sometimes not untill completely warm after 30 minutes of driving. Sometimes its 2-300 rpms or 1-2k surges. This will also cause the motor to start bucking while driving. I have replaced the following..
Cam Sensor
Crank "
Map "
Tps "
02's
Wires
Plugs
I have also cleaned the MAf and IAC
Also have replaced to whole PCV system with all new hose and PCV valve.
Can anyone help with this??

I actually forgot to mention when I replaced the CAM sensor I went ahead and replaced the intake gaskets since it had to come off. And the brake booster is brand new lol I hope it wouldn't be rusted

When we did the first initial tune on the truck, the temp was showing to be -39 or something like that so I replaced the sensor. But I do remember the wire feeling like it wasn't plugging in all the way... I will try to soder a new connector in tonight, I will report back
