Intake and throttle body help

Intake and throttle body help Hey Guys
I am putting a 6.0 in my 2003 S10. It will be a daily driver, no track time.
I will be pulling a small motorcycle trailer from time to time.
The 6.0 will have headers and the WS6 store version of the GM hot cam.{love the sound of it, not looking for the most power from a cam swap}
It has the stock 317 heads.
Here is the question, I have a TBSS 6.0 intake and DBW throttle body as well I have a 5.3 intake and DBC throttle body.
The wiring for the DBW is not a problem because I have not had my engine harness made yet.
What do you recommend.
