Mid pipe with resonater and cut out possible?

I have a cut out already and don't want to get rid of it and was wondering if someone has installed a resonater in mid pipe with cut out already there. The resonater I'm going with is magnaflow part number 14419 I think. I've searched and seen resonater installed there but I haven't seen one with a cut out as well.

You do realize this is an actual muffler and not a resonator right?

Thanks for pointing that out to me.
So does any one know if I can put that muffler on the I pipe with a cut out?
