LQ4 heads mill???

hi. im new here, and new in the world of the LS engine,

i have a 2002 LQ4 proyect and i want little bit more power, now i think in change the camshaft (290/297 625"/625" 109° Cam),the valve springs, hydraulic rollers, pushroads, rockers, and put 440cc 42 lb injectors, and if is posible mill the heads ( but i dont know how much mill), and if i have problem with fit later the intake manifold (holley sniper hi ram) because of the mill.

i hope you can help me.

Should be able to do .030 no problem. I've done up to .060 with plastic intakes. But looking at your cam specs pay close attention to your PTV

Thanks.. yo thing if i mill to 0.060 i have more compresion than 10:1 ??
