hooker Blackheart race version clamp issues

maybe I'm doing something wrong, maybe not.

got the Blackheart dual system designed for longtubes. (as well as their longtubes)

problem I'm having is the clamps that were supplied with the kit don t fit the adapter pipes supplied. wondering if anyone has an idea or has run into this, or if I need to find new clamps.

Do the clamps seem too big or too small? can you post a photo?

It's the 3" Torca clamps. The OD of the adapter pipe is 3 1/8" so the clamp is too small. can post a pic tonight.

Here you go

if i take the nuts off the clamp I can fit it around the adapter pipe. but can't get the nuts back on
