Harness routing question

Harness routing question My 99 f-body harness was moved around at some point and I can't seem to figure out exactly where it should fall. The wires that drop down from the front of the passenger side head go to a plastic clip then run between the hoses on the water pump. I need to figure out if they go behind or in front of the hoses and if there's any other clips they should be run through.
When I bought the car the top half of the harness was laying on the egr port on the header and the bottom was against the ac pulley. Not sure how someone would think that was a good idea. I tucked it behind the breather and back into the clip just to keep it out of the way until I figure it out
