Default Lifter Galley Cover Question

I have a 2005 L33 5.3.
The intake manifold i am using is from a CTS-V (LS6 Intake with cable pull TB)
I am running a LS2 water pump with 3/4" spacers.

Will my L33 Galley Cover accomodate this setup or will I need modification and/or a different cover?

TIA

I switched to an LS6 valley cover with the PCV built in to try and help with the oil in the intake issue motors have. Also installed a catch can too. The steam vent tubes and bolt height might cause you clearance issues

My cover is just a straight piece of aluminum... no vents or anything other than knock sensor cavities...
It is an 05 L33 5.3 which I believe has alot of gen IV technology.
I just dont know for sure, figured somebody might?
