CBR Alternator Relocation Issue

CBR Alternator Relocation Issue Since I've installed my CBR alternator relocation bracket ive been eating belts. Its been on the car for a couple of years but it only gets driven a few hundred miles a year and mainly to the track. I've been through at least 4 belts and the one in the video is new with no street miles. What can be done to stop it from jumping while idling and coming off the throttle? I think it jumps the pulley after going WOT and letting off. Ive already tried tightening it up and yes, its the correct length belt.It seems to be fine under load.
