CBR Alternator Relocation Issue

Since I've installed my CBR alternator relocation bracket ive been eating belts. Its been on the car for a couple of years but it only gets driven a few hundred miles a year and mainly to the track. I've been through at least 4 belts and the one in the video is new with no street miles. What can be done to stop it from jumping while idling and coming off the throttle? I think it jumps the pulley after going WOT and letting off. Ive already tried tightening it up and yes, its the correct length belt.It seems to be fine under load.

Are the pulleys properly aligned?

Pulleys are aligned. Verified using Dayco laser tool.
