For my situation.. Only using half the stock harness to run the lights, blinkers, horn, etc... the PCM harness and everything that is with it is yanked out to where it connects over the passenger side fender. Using the Holley Dominator to control the engine, fans, etc.. So, without everything connected the VATS and tranny was keeping the starter relay from kicking over... ended up grounding the yellow/black wire and running a 12 gauge wire off the purple wire to the starter, thats under the relay up front. The green wire is for the safety park/neutral switch by the shifter so that was still intact and she fired right up.
