Lights flickering??

Lights flickering?? I have noticed that I am getting a flickering in the lights when I start the car, sometimes it doesn't happen and sometimes it does. The battery seems strong, not sure if the alternator is taking a dump or what. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'll check the belts, but since it is not a consistant problem, I think it may be in the alternator or battery. The car and computer have been dyno tuned at Macedo Motorsports, air fuel is 11.5 across the board.
Mine did the same thing. Checked the battery, and had a post going bad on me. Too bad I was found it because I ignored the problem and found myself stranded at the PetSmart for hours.

My friends 94 LT1 has the same issue, but the problem only occurs after hard acceleration. The car never does it in normal driving and we can't figure out what the problem is.
