Knock Sensor/Harness replacement

Hey,

2001 Camaro z/28

About to have intake off and figured I would replace the knock sensors. I here to change the harness too. What brand and parts place do you all get those sensors and harness from? Or is there a write up to this procedure?

Get acdelco parts from rock Auto. Crappy parts will lead to quick failure and taking the inside off again. All me how I know.
