Default Ls1 power steering pump outlet ?s.

lm using the ls1 pump for my last swap, the outlet faces the water pump, my question is can use the other side for my outlet?

What do you mean by other side? Pumps only have one outlet and one inlet (sometimes two..) but they are not interchangeable.

Type II pumps come in all kinds of different inlet outlet configurations.....but the f body pump comes in only 1

If your pump has a hex on the opposite side of the high pressure line connection your pump has been remanufactured and the valve bore honed. The Reman cuts the housing off so they don't have to hone a blind hole. The hex is a plug they install after this process. You can't swap the high pressure line with the plug.

Yes, it's a remanfactured pump. Well, that kind of screws my plans of having the line come right and down.
