ARP header stud installation

For those of you with the ARP header studs, what did you torque them to when installing? How about the nuts - stock specs? On the studs did you use anti-seize, loctite, dry??

FYI, ARP says to install these finger-tight with the threads coated in 30-weight oil, then torque the nuts to 29 ft lbs.

I just did my header install. Make sure you get those suckers in straight. If you look at the end of the stud, on the tip, you will notice you can use and allen wrench to get them in. I didn't see this until after I was completely finished. Go figure.
