Default O2 sensor low mv

I swapped in a 5.3 into my cressida and got it running good. But then the b2s1 mv dropped down to 30 making my car run at around 15.5 afr. I replaced the sensor and re did all the wires for that sensor and am still getting a low reading. Car will idle fine just don't want to drive it unless the afr is perfect like it was. I put the link of the diagram I used to rewire. It is the long oval connector. http://lt1swap.com/02_4.8-5.3_case_ground.gif

Problem ended up being that sensor was correct. Bank 1 was reading perfect but I found the 12v power broken. For some reason it reads perfect but runs shitty when not connected. Re wired bank 1 problem solved.
