Jet hots!!!!! ok wth? Are jet hots a brand of header or are they a just a type of coating?

to answer the question: Both.
Jet Hot took Hooker's design and changed a few things (for better fitment) and they have their own headers now. Jet Hot coating is also a pretty popular coating used on other brands of headers (Hookers, Pacesetters, etc).
