Proper orientation of motor mounts ?

Pulled my motor mounts off the old engine and had the parts laid out nicely ready to install on new engine when a friend came over and both mounts got kicked around the garage by accident.

Can somebody describe the proper orientation to mount on the engine, left and right side?

Yes, I think that tells the story. Basically the more rounded end faces down.

Thanks!

Pay attention to the orientation of the tabs on the mount also. The passenger side and drivers side mounts are specific to their side

Okay, will do.

you could save 50pds by using lightweight mounts.....jus sayin.....

Did you mean 5 lbs? Those engine mounts combined can't weigh more than 20lbs with the pedestals included.

LOL....it feels like 50pds.......i checked spohns website and they say 5pds
