Arp rod bolt question

Arp rod bolt question I installed a set of arp rod bolts in my lq4. Says torque to 40lbs. I torqued them and loosened them 3 times. Is 40lbs good? I feel like it’s not enough torque but maybe I’m wrong. Anyone have any problems with that torque?
My GEN3 ARP rod bolts called for 40 ft/lb I believe. Im spinning my engine to 7,000 on a regular basis as well as sitting on two step at 6200 for a couple of seconds at the track.
Just do one bolt at a time if you are doing it on an engine already put together.

Follow the instructions. I know it doesnt feel like alot but a torque wrench is long and has alot of leverage so it doesnt feel like you are torquing it that much.
