99 z28 a4 , 4l80 conversion ,Like the title says I have power and the other 12v purple wire to my starter although my nss isn’t allowing it to kick on. I repinned 22&23 for the vss and I don’t have anything plugged into the actual nss switch on the side of my tranny. Car powers on , pumps kick on but no start

You don't use the nss on the trans, you have one on the shifter under the center console.
