Default !EGR & !AIR on 2000 TA

I just removed the egr & air on my 2000 TA, and on the back of the intake where the air hose meets there is a small vacuum hose. Am I suppose to take this off as well?? Thanks for any feedback.

Just plug it up with something, like a rubber boot that will fit over it. What did you do for the EGR hole on the intake? I bought a 1 3/8" expansion plug from NAPA, part number 600-4006.

I bought the same part from napa for the intake. I had a real bad exhaust leak, after I started it up. looks like I need to buy some NEW gaskets

The expansion plug works pretty good and is fairly cheap (about $3), the only con about it is that it isn't very eye appealing.
