Another damn PCV question

Another damn PCV question I know this topic has been beat to death, but I just cant find the answers I'm looking for. I've got a '98 Z-28 that I'm swapping heads on, going from perimeter bolt to center bolt valve covers, the valve covers are from an '06 ls2 with only one tube on the passenger side and a capped nipple on the driver side, also using stock ls1 valley cover. My question is, can I run a hose from the rear driver side nipple to a catch can (vented) and a hose from the tube on the passenger side to the other port of the catch can? If I can, would I also need to put a PCV valve on both lines? Or am I going to have to get an ls6 valley cover?
