Question DBW and throttle control

I wired most of my engine, it is about ready to start

It's a LQ4 with LS1 harness, green/blue ECU. All recognized in HP Tuners

I just have a concern about my throttle body which is not moving when I actuate the electronic throttle pedal (ignition on, engine not running). Is that normal?

I have 2 gray wires coming out the DBW module that are cut (pin 2 and pin 14), maybe this is related?

Wouldn't be surprised. Cut wires usually mean that the electrons intended to take that path, can't.

What happens when you hook em back up? Any codes?

Pin 2 is gray; takes 5V from the TAC module to the TPS on the TB. Pin 14 is Cruise Req, goes to the cruise control module.

I'd post the page from the FSM that has all this but I can't edit it.

You can buy the FSM on CD for like $15 or so. WORTH EVERY PENNY and then some. Get one for any vehicle that has the LQ4, LM7, LQ9, etc.; they're all basically the same wiring. I happen to have the ones for 04 Avalanche (duh) and 06 Escalade. LQ4 mostly came in Silverado; get the one for 04 Silvy, should be as close as possible to what you're working with.

Thanks! I wired it back correctly with your provided info! But I still have that error:
0x10: U0107 - Lost Communication With Throttle Actuator Control Module (Pending, Current)
Also, TB is not moving when I actuate the pedal (with ignition ON, engine OFF)

When you turn the key to run position, before starting, the TB should move several degrees open and then back. You can actually hear this happening if shop is quietish. If it’s not doing this, you have a communication issue with the Tac and the computer/pedal.

Edit...At least I know the Gen4 stuff does this. Maybe Gen3 with Tac module doesn’t?
