Edelbrock catback?
. But in the mean time, I figure I'd get started deciding on which performance parts I would like to add. No sense wasting time, right? I had a GTA with Flowmasters, I have an 84 Mustang with Flowmasters, and many of my friends have Magnaflow. I want to be a little different and don't want something so expensive in terms of a catback, because I would rather get some nice LT's and Y.
How is the Edelbrock catback? Does it sound good? Nice gains to be had? Thanks!

I have it and it sounds great. One of the best sounding out there but the gains are minimal. I have a cutout and gain 18 rwgp and 10 ft/lbs tq by opening the cutout. I would choose magnaflow or Hooker catback for top gains with awsome sound. Unless you get a cutout too, then go edelbrock.
Track gains were not noticable when the car was stock and I put the catback on, now with ported heads ,cam and Headers , I gain 2 mph and knock off 2 tenths by opening the cutout.
ALso, Edelbrock does not come with tips. You have to put your own on.
