What hp diff do you guys see with exhaust cutouts? Thinking bout buying this set

Twin 3 inch cut outs off of the headers was worth 20 whp on my 383 LS1 swapped 91 RS Camaro.

I lost something like 24 rwhp on my setup with my dual cutouts closed.
