Power randomly cuts when accelerating
Power randomly cuts when accelerating Ever since doing a full build on my ls1 I'm getting this odd behavior I can't figure out... When over 50% throttle the power will cut out for a fraction of a second. Sometimes it will do this rapid fire like 4-5 times in a row and then be fine all the way to redline.
I've tried a different pcm and ensured the connectors are all clean. So it's not that. Any guesses?

On my ls swapped vehicle I had a similar issue. At about 4500 rpm full throttle I would get a miss pop pop pop and then good until redline. Ended up being the ground on the back of the cylinder head, I did not tighten it properly. It was fine during normal driving.
Thank you all for the replies! Super interesting seeing two of you mention the ground issue. I'll bump that to the top of my investigation list.
