Default LS2 Dorman; Coolant tubes and TB.

Starting to assemble my motor back up and have come to a road block or two.. I’m running the ls6 valley cover with this dorman. Really don’t wanna block off the rear two steam vents.. so can I cut the crossover between the two and run a braided line to connect them? Anyone have experience doing this?

Also struggling to find a plug and play throttle body. Looking to spend the Holley sniper efi money on one.. 180$ish. Some say they need throttle cable brackets and some say it needs a longer IAT and what not. Any insight would be wonderful as I need the TB soon so I can get it port matched when I get the intake cleaned up.
