Default Throttle body and PCV connections

Hi. I am finishing my first LS build and its swapped into a very small engine bay so many parts are swapped for clearance. I wanted to describe the way I have some things hooked up and ask you guys to point out my mistakes or let me know if it is good to go. I built this engine so its never ran in my ownership.

I started with a junkyard 2000 LM7 5.3L. It has been machined and rebuilt. I swapped on the LS6 valley PCV pan and an LS6 intake. I followed the instructions I found for swapping to that PCV system except my passenger valve cover did not have the hose port on the rear to cap off. I did plug the hole on the Drivers side rear valve cover. The front of the passenger side valve cover had a nipple for a vent and that is going to the nipple on top of my throttle body. I think thats all right.. Right?

I used the throttle body that came with my LS6 intake. Supposedly it was a 2002 Corvette Z06 intake but I don't know for sure. I do know its LS6 not LS1. That throttle body did not have the throttle position sensor or the IAC sensor on it. I installed the ones from my LM7's throttle body. According to GMPartsDirect.com the sensors are not the same from truck to corvette. They look identical and the throttle bodys look pretty much the same. Will these sensors still work? Or do I need to buy corvette sensors to match the throttle body? The truck throttle body is in really bad shape so thats why I used the corvette one I had. Am I ok on sensors?

Lastly, I am under the assumption that the skinny tubes on the bottom of the throttle body are for the steam line to pass though. Mine are clogged on both throttle bodys so I was just going to bypass it and take the steam line straight to the radiator. I'm pretty sure thats ok but since I am asking.... is it ok?

I think thats all I am unsure on or want reassurance on before I try and start this motor. Thanks

It all sounds OK, except that I'm not familiar with swappage ramifications of the TPS & IAC. Seems though, that if you're using the LM7 harness & ECM, it should be fine.

Everything you said is correct as to how it can be set it up but it wouldn't hurt to run a sealed catch can between the valley cover and the intake manifold.

I am actually running a PSI conversion harness but I am using the ECM that came with the LM7. The ECM was flashed by Brendon at LS1 tech to be able to run. I will end up getting a real tune when the vehicle is done but right now the body isn't even on, I just want to hear my engine run and be able to really check things out without a body in the way.

Cool thanks. So you think those sensors are ok? I will probably add a catch can later when the body is on the frame. For now I just want to get it running and hear it idle and rev a little. I won't be driving for a long while.
