I can only find two places to get ported throttle bodies who has the best one at best price?

New Era Performance ported mine. I was pretty unimpressed with their job and ended up cleaning it up myself. I wish I had just done the whole thing myself.

Yea, not hard to do yourself. I would recommend giving it a whirl. I've seen porting services on Ebay, no experience with them though.

Dude, it’s not that hard. More than anything grinding down the bump stop a little will give you better throttle response. It really doesn’t add that much power, but does give you better throttle response.
