Default Ideas desperately needed

I'm 23 now, I finally bought my dream cars.. a 1987 GMC suburban and a 1980 g body Malibu

I put a 6.2 LSA engine in the Suburban's belly with a 6 speed trans and she's been so good to me everywhere...

just to put things into perspective i work in the military wont be driving the malibu everyday but it needs to be reliable, What i want is opinions on to have a high revving v8 that revs fast, That thunderous bike like free rev has been on my mind for years... It will probably be an auto so i cant use a lighter flywheel as i would do to help an engine rev faster, I realize i need lighter rotating assembly so here are my options

a 347 eagle assembly ( LS1 ) or a 383

heads cam 6.0 L96 with custom headers and a full custom exhaust ( i know a guy who knows his way around on making 6.0's sound like thunder )

408 stroker

i found that these options are most convenient but surely there are more ideas and even better ideas than these, cost is not an issue at all but noise is... I might go the exhaust valve route with straight dumps route in the end cause of the restrictions in the middle east ( i live in dubai )

so big blocks are definitely not a viable option, I have another question as well, Aren't 4 inch strokes bad for LS blocks? is it true that when you apply a 4 inch stroke on an LS it puts so much wear on piston skirts and scuffs the block to death? It makes absolute sense when i think about it but I need to hear from people with experience.. I build and swap my own **** so i've never been to these fancy Dubai speed shops to ask and see for myself

yea.. pretty much it thanks for any opinions in advanced

( i realize that sounds like a contradiction, But i will mostly be driving it in open roads and police are no where to be found... But it needs to be reasonable and pass inspection )

If you want fast high revving you're going to want a short stroke.

Ls7 has a factory 4 inch stroke. I would suggest starting with a ls7 myself.
